  1. If the guy thinks its okay work, go ahead and name him. If you're not going to help out your fellow shooters by warning them away from this guy, then keep it to yourself and resolve it on your own. If you feel that bad about it, go get yourself a lawyer. So far, all you've done is complained and given every gunsmith in Arkansas a bad name.
  2. <snip> As far as a lawsuit, i'd have to prove malicious intent. That would be hard. and expensive. And they know it. Not necessarily true. Laws differ from state to state and depending on your situation. The standard could be as low as negligence (failure to exercise ordinary or reasonable care) and as high as actual malice (knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth) depending on the circumstances. But a competent lawyer licensed to practice in your state would be able to tell you the specifics.
  3. 9 times out of 10, I'm INTP. On this one, I came out INTJ, but only favored J over P by 1%. Go figure.
  4. Hmm...if this negatively affects the income of a business, I'd love to see the results of a libel suit.
  5. Open 10 would be cool. I really miss the days when you might actually have to do a mag change or <gasp!> two during a stage when shooting open. I think the game was more fun back before the widebodies. That said, I don't think it'd be good for the sport to have another new division. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the 170mm mags and just having 140mm mags though... If anything, I'd keep L10 and ditch Single Stack.
  6. Okay, withdrawn. I just get suspicious when I see a first or second post pointing to a classified ad or auction.
  7. Has anyone in the U.S. tried the EAA Witness Elite Limited or the Gold Team lately? I've heard EAA was known for some pretty horrific customer service in the past...is this still true?
