No offense to the OP, but this is certainly not the whole story. People are not paid $600K for baseless legal claims in reality. If she was paid this amount, it's because she had very favorable facts on her side and the defense attorneys thought they were likely to lose her case and pay her even more if they tried the case in court. That is a guaranteed fact. There are meritless or frivolous claims, but defense attorneys pay minor nuisance settlements to make those claims go away. Defense lawyers aren't stupid. They pay big money like this after careful analysis BECAUSE the claim clearly had merit based on the objective facts not the other way around. It doesn't necessarily mean she deserved it, but the evidence was on her side.

I have the AXTS AX556 also and couldn't be happier. It may have minor compatibility issues with billet uppers though. Search my previous posts regarding compatibility with my JP PSC11 upper. It was relatively easy to fix though.

I really like the ruger 10/45 lite and bought that for my kids.

RC for me too. It is a little lighter, easier to add accessories to and looks better in my opinion.

I went with the 26 inch real tree field model. I would have preferred the standard black, but the two they had turned out to be 28 inch models. The primary reason I decided against the tactical model was that I just don't like the look of the mag tube sticking out so far past the barrel. I plan on ordering the carbon arms tube when it is released and then sending the gun to Benny Hill. He has a fast turnaround and a good reputation here. I also thought the extra length might be better suited for the recreational clay shooting I do. I suppose I could hunt ruffed grouse with it if I wanted. Not sure if there are any capacity restrictions for grouse. Thanks for all the advice.

Pardon my ignorance, but is the 3.5inch capacity necessary for anything? Also, if I'm planning on running 10 or 11+1, won't the magazine tube stick so far out past a 22inch barrel that the extra barrel length is irrelevant. This is what I gather from reading the thread by co-exprs. What downside would there be to the barrel being longer? Wouldn't the extra length make it more multifunctional for other shooting?

Does the tactical have the same loading chamber as the standard/field model?

I need to get a non-open shotgun and have read a number of positive threads here about the versamax, but I don't see any clear answer about what model is ideal. My local gun shop has the zombie 22 inch, tactical 22 inch, real tree HD 26 inch, and normal synthetic 26 inch models in stock. It used to be (when I was researching last year) that the 22 inch tactical was the most commonly recommended, but lately the standard synthetic 26 inch seems to be most recommended. The real tree HD model seems to be the same as the standard synthetic but with extended chock instead of internal chock. Thanks in advance for any insight.

I ordered the psc12 in 18 inch yesterday. We'll see how long the wait ends up being. I have no idea how far out they are on builds now.

No feedback on the Benny product or comparison? I was very interested in how they compare, but I ordered the psc12 from jp yesterday.

Their website says 50% payment for your order to be put in line. Is that not true? Hate to have them sit on that much money for months.

I started a thread with questions about JP 308s earlier today and one question I had was how the value compared to other options that are regularly mentioned here. Benny Hill's name comes up frequently, so I thought it would be better to start a new thread getting some feedback regarding the comparison between the two products. I would love to hear any feedback, experiences, or even opinions comparing the two, especially from anyone who is familiar with both.

I have read good things about his work. I should probably try to get some feedback from anyone who has shot both. Different topic I guess.
