bandw1dth
Hello all! I've got a bunch of 125gr RN Blue Bullets and after having just finished off my stash of N320 I've decided I should probably use up what pistol powders I've got laying around before I order some Prima V to try out. I've got some WSF, 231, Clays and Titegroup. Last time I used TG with some coated lead they smoked pretty bad. So if anyone has some pet loads that'll work for what I've got feel free to lemme know! These are gonna be shot out of a fs P320. Appreciate it guys!
TennJeep1618
Clays works well with 125's. I can't recall my load off the top of my head, but I think it's around 3.7gr.
SCTaylor
Haven't chrono'd from a P320 but here are a few with 125 grain coated bullets out of a Tanfo Stock 2 (4.75" poly barrel) All Chrono'd on Caldwell Ballistic - 10' from sensor - 100' elevation - 80* WSF - 125 BBI - 1.08 OAL 3.8 - 873 fps avg - 121pf 4.0 - 1043 fps avg - 130pf 4.2 - 1057 fps avg - 132pf TG - 125 BBI - 1.08 OAL 3.4 - 1027 FPS avg - 128pf 3.6 - 1070 FPS avg - 133pf 3.8 - 1104 FPS avg - 138pf W231 - 125 BBI - 1.08 OAL 3.8 - 1030 fps avg - 128pf 4.0 - 1061 fps avg - 132pf 4.2 - 1083 fps avg - 135pf From my notes WSF - Push/Thump in the hand, not a fan of the recoil impulse. 33 SD - little to large for my liking W321 - Felt nice, very small snap with soft recoil. SD averages in single digits. Possible temperature sensitivity? TG - Slight bit snappy but soft, overall nice. 15-17 SD averages. Accurate.
