Mississippi
I have a newly acquired S&W 625 .45acp that loves my reloads, 230gr LRN bullet using Herco powder. The problem is the Herco is pretty much on the dirty side and has a tendency to bind up my 625. Any recommendations for a clean burning powder using a 230gr LRN bullet would be appreciated. Tom Mainus
I have been using straight clays in my 625 for a couple of years and have had no trouble with it. I would recommend going to jacketed bullets, that will help keep the gun even cleaner.
Mover480
For the cleanest buring powder around, try what I use in my 25 and 625 .... Alliant American Select. This stuff is incredibly clean!
wide45
I used WST for light to medium loads, and WSF for the hot stuff.
