markwilliston
When I bought my Edge a couple years ago, it was allready a used gun, with a very used trigger group. First thing I did was order the Brazos pro series kit, and it dropped in just awesome. I had my gunsmith check it over shortly afterwards and the hammer/sear engagement was excellent. I was lucky on that one. I recently revived my STI trojan, which never really had a trigger job. This time I put it in at the gunsmiths, and it felt pretty good. Put some die on the hammer, and after cycling the action a dozen times, check the hammer/sear engagement. Not soo lucky this time, only catching on one side. If I would have dropped it in and started shooting it, would have been okay for a while, then gotten worse. It was a great lesson, and we got everything happy in the Trojan. Other than it needs a F/O front sight...
