01G8R Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 Does anyone know where I can purchase a front sight for a .370" wide dovetail cut? I would like a .115" wide blade. I have a fiber optic in the cut now, but I can't identify the manufacturer. Brownells used to have an oversize rescue sight blank from Heirloom Precision, but they dropped that part. Thanks. The person I bought the gun from must have had someone cut a different dovetail in the slide. I think they cut a rifle front sight dovetail because I went and measured the dovetail again and it is right at .375". The only sight I can find with a .375" dovetail is for a rifle.
