Chills1994
If you're anywhere near Alabama and have 10K + burning a hole in your pocket then this government liquidation auction might be for you: http://cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view...lots-_-row1col1 Better hurry! The auction ends tomorrow. The current bid is $10, 060 . It's only 20 thousand pounds of brass. Good news, it looks like it's already sorted. kevin c
I was thinking to myself - that looks like 50 cal brass there, and a lot of it! BTW, welcome to the forums, and I use old cardboard boxes and Ziploks for dirty brass, then 2 to 5 gallon buckets or hinged split lid storage crates for the cleaned and sorted stuff, which are counted into Ziploks in quanitities I usually can reload in one session. sheik_djibouti
+1 / 5 gallon buckets, but i keep polished brass in there b/c it gets heavy and i dont like moving them around. they stay in one location and i scoop out what i need to reload. for uncleaned brass, i use boxes that you can acquire for free at certain public service locations. they make them in various sizes and they are manageable in size and weight when you are carrying them from storage to tumbler, and then back to long term storage. also, i keep my stuff in an unheated garage, so i stopped using the sterilite bins from walmart- they tend to crack and/or shatter when its cold out.
