3GunF1Guy
I have a Para P-16 Limited in 40 cal with JP Enterprises double ring sights. I have the rear sight adjusted all the way down but the gun still shoots 4" high at 25 feet. This is really becoming a problem because I like the bullet to hit where I aim. Here is my question, Can a gunsmith lower the back sight. It has the Para dovetail cut in it. So if a gunsmith just milled it the "V" notch would be wrong. What is the best way to fix this gun? spl K
I had a problem sort of like that. I had my rear sight 1or2 clicks off bottom? works fine, but I did not think should be like that. I called Para, they said it was ok, but if I whanted it moved I should return the gun to them and they would probly do something with the barrel link to correct it????? I guess there is always a right way or a patch. Witch way is right???? IS the question.
spl K
me again, if the gun shot ok befor, that link is out. Maybe a taller front sight? that might be easier than cutting on the gun.
paraman1
A taller front sight should solve this problem . While you are at it check Dawsons website and he makes an extra tall fiber optic for the Para which will give you a better front sight .
