USPSA/IPSC Matches SoCal 11/16

Does anyone know if Palm Springs is 3rd or 4th Sunday? Found different info. Or if an other USPSA/IPSC type match is happening in So Cal area.

There is a steel (non-USPSA) match at Norco tomorrow. Be advised, due to fires, some of the major freeways are closed. Next weekend there is Norco on Saturday and SWPL on Sunday.

The Santa Anas are "supposed" to lay down tomorrow sometime. Who knows for sure? The folks that run the steel match can be found at: http://www.ssashooter.net/

We have shot USPSA in the winds but it is usually a PITA where we wind up with all the targets about 1' off the ground. Even with that we get the surprise movers every now and then .

Next weekend may be better if the weather turns and they get the fires under control. Right now it is pretty bad.
