35WLN
I have a new to me SP01 and a ton of 125 precision blacks in stock. I also have Clays, vv320 and w231 in stock. I know I have to load the oal shorter than other pistols so I am asking all of you a good starting point. Please include the OAL and powder charge. Thanks. 19852
I have been using a CZ 75 for some time now. My reccomendation would be 1.085 OAL and use the W231 or better yet N320.
35WLN
19852 What poeder charges is a safe starting point for each? Also, is the 1.085 OAL with the precision black 125's or any 125's? Thanks
Cy Soto
I prefer to load the ammo for my CZ a bit longer. I use an OAL of 1.155" in my SP-01 with 125gr bullets. For powder I use WSF but it is only out of convenience because I have to admit that it smokes quite a bit and it is also somewhat dirty. :Edited to add: I should clarify... When I say that WSF "smokes quite a bit" I mean with lead bullets. It could be the lubricant on the bullet and not the powder. FYI the load I use is: 125gr Double Alpha RN Bullets 4.5gr WSF OAL 1.155" Edited November 15, 2008 by Cy Soto
