are sear housings the same all around for the Limited and small frame stock2's....? Just wondering as I was going to get a spare sear/sear cage set -up.

I wonder if the tip of the ejector got worn down,..or chipped would it cause failure to eject?

I don't know off hand. Henning has my small frame at the moment. If he checks in from Nationals I am sure he will know. I think they are from what i remember from looking at both sear packs.

Most of us can't get the Stock II so I couldn't tell you.

Stock II isn't a small frame; it's a large frame that takes small frame mags. But the sear cage is the same.

Ejector tip: It would depend on how much it is worn/damaged. I have one that is quite substantially truncated and it works fine.

I recall seeing a picture someone posted (perhaps on this site) where he has shortened the ejector noticeably. Not sure why, maybe to get all the brass to land in the same county
