hph1911 Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 I've had a RL550B for about 5 years now. It worked fine up unti a few days ago. The ram was working fine and then on the next round it started to bind slightly. After priming, the handle doesn't spring back. The ram feels like some trash had gotten in it. I called Dillon and they said it needed cleaning. My question is....is there a set of instructions, step by step, to taking the press apart , cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling. I've loaded approximately 15000 rounds of 45 Auto only and have never taken it apart. I've greased the ram only. Thanks in advance for your help.
