vrmn1 Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 I have a Sabre Defence varmint rifle. I has I think a mid length gas system and handguard but no sights. The gas block is under the hand guard. The portion of the barrel in forn of the handguard is .720 diameter. I like having the scope but if I ever wanted to shoot 3 gun with it I think I would like to have some open sights. Or should I just use a low power scope or power variable and not worry about irons? If I want to put sights on it would the JP clamp on mount work? Or something else I have thought about, is there a way I could mount sights for short range stuff on the hand guard at a 45 degree angle? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
