vluc
I just successfully found and adapted a 301 redirect script for my web page (using Dotnetnuke on a windows server using ASP 2.0). Now I'd like to mask the URL so it stays the same as to what the user is typing in, not showing the ultimate page it went to. Can't find one on the internet, but was wondering if anyone here might have one or know how to write one to add to the redirect script I have. many thanks! robomanusa
too bad its a windows server, apache supports this with mod_rewrite you may also look into using a url frame instead of A-name at your domain registrar
HoMiE
There are ISAPI filters that do the similar thing as mod_rewrite, for free, google it.
vluc
There are ISAPI filters that do the similar thing as mod_rewrite, for free, google it. I'll give that a try! This is a shared hosting server, and I'm not sure of my access into it. Thanks. Edited April 10, 2008 by vluc
