Brazos High Performance Edge or Dawson Supertuned Edge?

I am looking into getting my first custom limited race pistol. I really like the STI Edge platform and have limited myself down to the Dawson Supertuned Edge and Brazos High Performance Edge.

The guns seem similar to me and both look very decent. I like the Dawson Ice Magwell. I seem to like the finish of the Brazos better. Other than that I think they are pretty much the same. The fiber optics on them seem similar although I have not had any experience with either of them. If you had to choose between these two which would you get?

Leaving who is better out of it, Call both and see who might have it in stock. I visit Dawson's frequently. Today for a computer communications problem. And Dawson has a large inventory of STI pistols. I have never been to Brazos and He might have a large inventory as well. So call both and see who can get it to you quicker.

I went though this about a year ago. I got a lot of good advise.

1. Don't get a hard chromed one. You may want to change things. i.e. slide lightening, chop the dust cover

1. Get a lot of ammo and shoot the hell out of it.

I went with a blued Edge from Brazos, (just cause they could do it faster at the time)

Got it tuned, 3lb trigger and function checked.

Bought my mags from Chuck at shooters connection, plain STI 140 mm, bought Dawson basepads and followers.

I get 19 rounds in 3 and 18 rounds in 3.

I got a few FTF in the first 200 rounds, but after that it has been smooth sailing for around 6-7 thousand rounds.

I just got back from a 4.5 month deployment, took it out after it had been setting all that time coated really good with slide glide and it didn't miss a beat with 250 of my reloads.
