SB, I don't think ignorance of the rules is a defence to prosecution, and assuming is not the correct response either.

Many, many, many shooters assume the rules from last year will be the same as this year, or that these IMGA rules are the same as those IMGA rules, or they simply take advice from well meaning people instead of reading the rules themselves and asking questions to the MD.

I personally know of individuals who do this time and time again, and then try and get sympathy from fellow shooters when they fail to comply.

Maybe getting bumped will teach them.................................I doubt it very seriously, though!!!
