Think of the bright side, it could be worse. They could have installed Vista by accident. I hate it when companies do stuff like that and leave you with a very expensive paper wight. As near as I can tell, HP is no longer supplying XP drivers for new PCs. Not sure about the other manufacturers...but it's an alarming trend.
