Get rid of HER Beemer, and get a shooting vehicle, or not?

Hell no, not at first, one of you has to have a vehicle that doesn't have shit all over it and guns and golf clubs all in it...let her keep it for a while and then she will see the benefit of having more room...LOL

Load her ammo for her or she'll do it..

In the US it is better to buy out Wally-World for shotgun ammo, in the UK, geez, who knows about reloading, but she is a Barrister and all, so she will buy it. When she wants to shoot pistolas, she can get it from me.
