Some info from behind enemy lines:

1. It's legal to possess > 10 mags in MA provided they are pre-original-federal ban and you have a license for them (yes, you read that correctly).

2. One may not possess a >10 round cap mag without a LTC-A (License to carry firearms, class A)

3. The MA Attorney General has re interpreted FOB to mean "sale takes place at the location where the order is placed" (a definition completely inconsistent with the uniform commercial code), and terrorizes ammo and double edge knife dealers with threats for selling ammo without a state license to sell ammo or selling illegal weapons (I can carry concealed in this state, but I'd better not get caught with more than one edge on my knife). SOP is to inform the seller they can pay a $5000 settlement or prepare for trial in a MA court. Similar intimidation is applied to sales of > 10 round capacity magazines.

So, there are certain risks involved in offering such a product mail-order.
