solaritx
What has been your experience with extended slide releases for the Glock 21. Which work best .....or worse? Thanks Garry N
Micah
For carry, I stay away from extended slide stops. It's just one more thing to get snagged, and I rarely carry an extra magazine. For competition, I am a fan of the extention, however I use it very little. Once every 4 matches I push my round count to slide lock. The extended mag release for cometition, now THERE'S something that will make your life easier
Chuck D
I have a factory one on my G21 and have no problems with it. I plan on shooting a bit of IDPA in '07 so I thought it would come in handy. Even with my IDPA legal holster set-up (no "daylight" between teh gun and your body) I've had no "snaggng" problems.
bayoupirate
I ran my G20 with NO Slide lock. I removed it from the gun because I would hit it occasionally, while trying to get a high grip on the gun, and it would stop the gun. I wouldn't compete without the extended mag release.
