Where Is The Connector Body Collar?

Recommended Posts

Per a previous Dillon post on lubing a 550, where/what is the connector body collar?

"g) lightly grease rails on connector body collar

h) lightly grease roller on connector body collar"

I see the connector body collar listed in the Parts List as 21275, but am unable to find it pictured in the schematics

Also, I ordered the aluminum roller handle today as that ball is killing my hand.

Thanks,

Doug

I don't have a 550, but looking at the 550 manual online, it appears that the 'Connector Body Collar' is the lower portion of the powder measure that clamps on the powder die body. The rails mentioned guide the upper portion of the powder measure assembly as it cycles up and down during operation. The roller is part of the powder measure that works with the fail-safe bellcrank.
