Steve Anderson
Best reload was 1.01 last night, a personal best. it was only at 5 yds, but the drill was draw, fire two reload, fire two. Production gear. All A's. I didn't note the best overall time for the drill, I was too giddy to care! Feels good! SA
Ron Ankeny
Steve: Congrats on the personal best, a break through is always awesome. I'll bet there was a time when you thought 2 seconds was smokin'.
Flexmoney
That rocks.
Steve Anderson
I still think two seconds is smokin' some days...I was realy impressed by what TGO wrote a couple weeks ago about worrying more about your slowest reload out of 10 than your fastest. Consistency... BTW, my average was more like 1.2, 1.3 so that's really where I'm at. But now I know where I can go... 3quartertime
Once again I am reminded that this board is filled with tremendously talented, dedicated people. That reload time is un-comprehendable to me now. I've been shooting more in the last two weeks than usuall. Today I did my draw and fire twos. My best draw was 1.09 with an A. I'm still consistantly in the 1.3 to 1.4 range on my DRAW. I don't want to even think about my reload times. You guys are awesome!!! I hate to say it but, to me a two second reload IS ' smokin' I am SO not worthy!!!
Steve Anderson
If you will do 100-150 reloads a night in dry-fire, you will be there in 60-90 days. How do I know? Trust me... SA
BSeevers
Steve I trust you on that one 1 sec is really flyin. Good job.
Steve Anderson
Bill, Please introduce yourself at Circleville next time. I'll be the guy in the Beretta hat gettin' no respect from my squad. (I shoot with Burnin' Vernon Walker's squad almost always. ) SA
BSeevers
Steve No problem Hey do a couple 1 sec reloads on a stage and Beretta stock will go up from the sales.
Steve Anderson
Maybe, but I still won't get any respect from my squad... "you guys can take your ears off, Anderson's up" or "no need to paste or paint, Anderson's rounds won't penetrate the targets" to which I retort... "you want me to load hot, raise the damn power factor!" SA
Flexmoney
When your kickin' butt...they gotta find something they can use to mess with ya. Keep up the good shooting!!! Let everybody else work on their "rap".
Steve Anderson
I tell what's weird, is guys shooting .40 in production with major plus ammo, acting like I'm the crazy one... I mean, what are we if we can't be gamers? SA
BSeevers
I shoot a 9mm Sig 226 in production. Very minor and will never shoot major unless they change rules.
