Firing Pin Safety Spring

Where can I find a reduced power firing pin safety spring? I did a trigger job on my 35 that's about 3.25# right now which is great, but the FP safety spring is extremely stiff and I'm thinking I could get it down an extra 1/4# IF I could find that spring.

Do folks cut down the factory spring or buy a reduced power?

Wolff Gunsprings sells a reduced power firing pin safety spring. If you're going to do this, make sure and keep that plunger and recess clean as it gets really dirty in high volume firing and the spring may start having too much crud to move the plunger through to keep the safety working.

See this link for the part. Wolff calls them (incorrectly) "striker block safety springs".
