Jack Suber
Another question for Dillon 1050 owners - Do any of you know if the 1050 Case-feeder shell plate for 40 Cal is the same as the one needed for 38 Super? I bought a 1050 from a friend a few years back that was set up for Super. Until recently, I only loaded for 40SW so I have never used the Super dies etc (I have them on another toolhead). I have two shell plates for the case feeder and I am trying to figure out what the other is for. Also, the little brass tabs that hold the cases in the shell plate in the press, what size (number) is used for 38 Super? Thanks.
shred
I use the same casefeeder parts for both. #3 pins for Super. Long ago (I don't know about today), casefeeders came with both pistol size plates.
