Matt Griffin Posted June 21, 2006 Share Posted June 21, 2006 (edited) What I would like to find in the magwell department is something fairly small, I just want to add some ramping rather than the raw edge as it exists stock. The Buffertech magwell would seem to fit the bill, but I'd also like to add a bit of weight while I'm at it. So, is there any combination of brass plug and small magwell that you are aware of? The ICE and similar large magwells look like they are going to interfere with my grip. H. edit: Also, any used magwells for sale? I'm in the market. OPENB Posted June 21, 2006 Share Posted June 21, 2006 I used a JP magwell, and a brass Seattle Slug. Cut the slug off flush with the bottom of the gun, then put the well on, and drill and tap into the slug. It adds a few ounces.
