GlockSpeed31
As the title says, I might have the opportunity to get a S&W 686P 4" 7 shot model. What do you guys think of that choice? I know you can only fire a max of 6 rds before reload. How much would it cost to make it moon clip converted? Thanks for your help, GlockSpeed31
hdgun
The conversion on your 686+ is between $75 and $100 pending on who you have do it. The 686+ is a nice revo, but not my first choice for uspsa. The rules is you must reload after 6 rounds fired. But if by chance you take that 7th shot ( like most of us do Ha HA HA ) and it goes bang, Well you just put yourself in Open Minor. Refer to Rule # 6.2.5.

The "P" designation, I think, means that it is a Plus model, that it has 7 or 8 shots. They come in non-ported & ported versions.
