Mounts

Hey everyone,

I have a Brazos style slipstream mount. However, I am interested in a mount with a blast shield. So, I've narrowed the options to Dawson Precision with a replacable blast shield and the allchin mount.

Opinions would be apprecaited.

Given the gun that it's going to be used on, get the Dawson so that you can replace the blast shields when they get eaten up.

That's exacty what I was thinkning of - But, my hybrid comp sits right under the curve of the blast shield, so I'm afraid it would eat up the place where the blast shield and the mount join together. What do you say?

I've got the dawson mount with my hybicomp barrels.

the blast shield is black from the blast, the mounting screws are clean
