vinceislander
Online stores seem to be out of those plastic recoil buffers for CZ 75 and Shadow 2. Lots of 1911/2011 and Tanfoglio available. Has anyone used them as suitable replacements? I'm using the last thin recoil buffer that came with my SP-01 Orange and looking to stock up. I estimate I have 5k rounds before this last one disintegrates. Thanks. Edited January 15 by vinceislander

It looks like the only places I can find in the US that sell the CZ OEM buffer set is the CZ USA web store and Ben Stoeger shop and as you stated they are both out of stock. Some overseas options that might work: https://www.ericgrauffelonlineshop.com/en/cz-shadow-2-orange/971-cz-buffer-set--9384045005246.html https://cesar-shop.com/firearm-parts-en/pistol-en/slide-parts-en/original-cz-buffer-thin/?sef_rewrite=1¤cy=USD EEMANN TECH makes a thin buffer set for CZs. I can't speak to the quality as I have not used them. I can't find them in stock stateside but they are available from these Euro sites: https://www.cz-parts.com/cz-shadow-2-cz-75b-sp-01-shadow-set-of-thin-buffers https://www.ipscstore.com/en/eemann-tech-cz-shadow-2-parts/12574-eemann-tech-thin-buffer-set-for-cz-shadow-2.html

Your post had me researching if I should be using one. I found this older thread. It's definitely up for debate. The opinion from CGW not to use them is intriguing.
