Nickb45
Deadlifts and dead hangs from a pull up bar will increase your grip strength and overall strength. Win win
Dontkillbill
Farmer carries are great and depending how far and how much wieght you use it can simulate a long stage for conditioning. I use a trap bar but dumbells or even barbell plates work great.
MikeyScuba
I'm still using the rolling thunder and I have some grip foam type things (yea yea) that go over the handles of my dumbells to increase the circumference to really work the forearms. Though sometimes when I've been travelling for a week and not working out I find my strength goes up. There is definitely an ability to overtrain the forearms and I had wicked tendonitis just a few years ago. It's now completely gone. I attribute some of that to taking 8g of MSM a day but I think it just takes time to adapt. Like years. I still think the grippers are bad news.
