cbrussell
In the most recent additon of American Handgunner, there was an add for GSI's bullet feeder for the Dillon 650 and 1050. Has anyone used one of these products? Comparing this system with the pneumatic system on Ghostholster.com, which one would be more foolproof and have less problems? Huston in Austin
I called GSI a week or so ago, they said they should be shipping in Jan. The bullet feeder consists of a new tool head and an electric bullet feeder. The web site claims the feeder will hold more than 200 bullets. How many more, who knows. The feeder on the ghost holster site uses an MA feeder. There are several different models of these feeders. The comercial ones hold around 500 9mm size bullets, but they cost around $1500.00 Obviously this isn't the one in the system. As to which is the better on, Who knows but the GSI unit costs $795.00 and the other is over a grand. You get what you pay for, but not always. Larry White
I pick up 5 or 6 bullets at a time and roll them into position and seat them pretty guick and I can do a whole bunch of them for 750 bucks.------Larry
