sierra77mk Posted September 7, 2021 Share Posted September 7, 2021 Took the nightstand gun out and found the slide locking back on almost every round in the mag! The Slide Stop spring lost almost all downward tension and would bounce up & lock the slide under recoil. I've spread it out so the tension is back but does anyone sell just the spring? I only see Slide Stop ASSEMBLYs listed. I guess because the spring is pinched/crimped in place. Also this model (40)has a plain colored spring whereas my other models 9's & 45 have yellow paint on the spring. Has this part undergone a revision indicated by the paint?
