salem Posted January 21, 2021 Share Posted January 21, 2021 I bought one of the Carbon Arms SSLP10 shot shell carriers about a month ago through their website. However, some of the female ends of the included "Chicago screws" won't accept any of the screws that came as part of the kit. As such I am not able to complete assembly and make use of the carrier. I haven't been able to reach anyone in their customer service department for almost a month now. I've tried emailing two different email addresses they have listed on their website, sent a facebook message, and called their customer service number that went immediately to voice mail.
