Chappytactical Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 I have a Mark 7 running my 1050 and today I fired it up and when I went to press "Calibrate", nothing. All the other buttons on the screen were responsive but for some reason "calibrate" wasn't. Tried updating the software and checked all connections. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, do you think I'll need to replace the tablet? Mark 7's office was closed by the time I could call them today. slavex Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 try posting to the Facebook group, Tom and Misty are often there after hours answering questions (don't count on it, but it's often the case, as well there is a lot of community resources there too). I pinned it down to the lower left portion of the tablet touch screen not responding, it seems it has nothing to do with the Mark7 SW/FW itself? Anyway, what was your outcome?
