  1. I am happy to report that after a second round with the vendor on Aliexpress (first digitizer they sent me was faulty, too) I have now a perfectly working tablet again. Cost was 13 EUR, so not too bad at all! Happy Easter, Chris
  2. Thanks Ole. I have opened it and managed not to break anything in the process. The cable carries the exact same number, and I will order it from the same source
  3. Hi, same issue with the 10'' tablet, lower left portion not working anymore. What model of the tablet is it/where did you find the correct digitizer? I was looking here but I would need to find out what to buy. Appreaciate some info you might have! Best, Chris
  4. Same here. Calibrate does not do anything. I pinned it down to the lower left portion of the tablet touch screen not responding, it seems it has nothing to do with the Mark7 SW/FW itself? Anyway, what was your outcome?
  5. What is the difference between 1050x 1800 and 2100, technically speaking? Software version only, or are there HW changes, too? If I had the 1800, how ot upgrade to 2100?
  6. Nope, we are talking open here (Tripp research, so the gun has some years under its belt) - see thread title. Due to my slow powder, the difference in recoil is actually not that big.
  7. Ok, let's try to quantify: will a proper 2011 last > 100k rounds major, or maybe > 200k? With minor loads, those levels should be reachable no problem. Or rather: who has run their guns in major only to those levels and can report about outcome?
  8. Ok thanks to all. It seems one load for everything is what most people do. Of course, the consequences of different loads are clear. My motivation to do that still is not hammering the equipment as hard during 95% of the shots (training) with major load pressures. At the moment, I load my training ammo to 140 and match ammo to 165. POI impact differences not too bad (1 inch vertically), and yes of course there's some difference in felt recoil (but match ammo actually better: harder kick, but more backwards than upwards for obvious reasons).
  9. Do you shoot a different powerfactor in match and training? Or major all the time? Let me he hear what your routine is, and why ... thanks! Scuba.
  10. I recently found another odd thing: one of my mags is not dropping free when I try to reload. What I found is this: when I press the mag catch, I hold the gun a bit tighter; apparently tight enough to squeeze the grip (STI plastic) a tiny bit which is enough not to let the mag drop free. If I hold the gun in left hand on the frame, not the grip, and press the mag release: voila, it will drop free ... First I thought it is the mag catch, because when I looked down the grip inside, I could see a tiny bit of the mag release poking into the grip. I filed this down until I was positive that it was not the mag catch. With all the try and error, I found that the flexing grip is the culprit.
