Squirrel45
Hi guys, I am trying to work up a load of 147g bear Creek 1.135 with auto comp. I made it it to 4.4g with easy case extraction and no pressure signs. Velocity average of 960fps. Great accuracy. Do you guys think this load is safe and could I go more or would you guys say that's about it? Just as a side note I normally run a 45 for pins but for this time I thought I'd fool around with my 929 Thanks Squirrel
NoSteel
If you do a search you’ll find a couple of threads on the use of autocomp in 9mm minor. Not the most popular but it has been done... For 147gr your probably still safe .2 more at that length but your already over 140PF.. If you want a harder hit on pins why not go to 160gr? 929’s love em! Squirrel45
I'd love too, and have in the past for light target loads, unfortunately all I have at this moment is some 147's. Thanks for the reply!
