hap
gm iprod suggested this setup for 44-40 on the 550b redding rezize station 1 (i presume this decaps and reseats the primer) dillon powder station 2 redding seat ( no crimp ) station 3 redding profile crimp station 4 what do i do with the neck expander die? I seem to be one station shy here, the problem centering around neck expansion. Do you "bell" the casemouth on the 44-40 or expand the neck, or both? The Dillon caliber conversion kit contains the powder funnel, but not the die- does the dillon funnel work with the redding expander die? any help untangling this much appreciated! dillon
With the design of the Dillon powder system, you will not need to use the expander die from your die est. The powder funnel the case pushes on to activate the powder system also flares the case mouth.

John Dunn
You do need the Dillon die the powder funnel goes in, the one the powder measure hooks to. If you don't have that it is part number C63-20064, $7.95.
