sc68cal
I just got a slide back from coating and it appears that the firing pin hole dimension has changed, since the firing pin will not go fully in, so I can put the firing pin stop in. I tried a spare firing pin that I have in my box of extra parts, it goes in and the gun will go back together, but when I do the pencil test that Atlas Gunworks does https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gT5zm0bTQI the pencil will move but it doesn't fly out of the barrel completely. Any suggestions on how to fix?
konkapot
I've had this happen and If I remember right I gently....very gently.....used a tip of a small round file. Just opened it up a squillionith of an inch.
sc68cal
Ok. I ordered a small set of needle files, smallest diameter one is 1mm, so I'll go through and gently run it through the hole to clean it up.Wish me luckSent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
sc68cal
I am happy to report that after ordering a set of tools from Amazon, I took the smallest one and gently ran it through the firing pin hole, turning it a couple of times and I was able to get the firing pin to pass the pencil test. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PPYWSCY/
