When you look up someone's classification onthe USPSA site, you will often see a listing under the gun club that reads "USPSA PRESIDENT." What does this mean?

When you look up someone's classification onthe USPSA site, you will often see a listing under the gun club that reads "USPSA PRESIDENT."  What does this mean?

That they competed at a National event and their percentage there was used as a classifier. Look to the left and you'll see what the match is (03USON = 2003 Open Nats; 05USN = 2005 Nats; etc.)
