boo radley
Eh -- on the Versa-Hanger of my CR-Speed holster, one of the small hex screws has become stripped. ResComp sent me (via registered mail!!) replacement screws, so that's cool, but I need to get the old one out. Putting a dab of super-glue in the hole, with the allen wrench, didn't work. I'm a bit leery of drilling....Tips much appreciated.
BritinUSA
Get a reverse drill thingy for removing bolts etc. The thread goes the wrong way, so you put the drill motor in reverse. Once it has bitten into the screw enough it will unwind it... I think Sears has them.
hopalong
What you are looking for is called and "Easy out", and yes Sears has them, and all other auto parts stores should. Lowes, Home Depot etc. If all else fails.... Get another set screw the next size larger (same Auto parts store ect) get the correct size of drill and tap new threads into the hole to fit the new set screw. sounds harder than it is. moverfive
Get a dremel with a cutting wheel......and cut a slice so that you can use a flathead screw driver.

Hopalong <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thx all -- I knew there was smoe kind of tool, but didn't know the name of it. "Easy Out." I'll pick one(set?) up; will be a useful thing to have, I reckon. howie1947
An easy out requires a hole to be drilled to screw it into so try a reverse drill bit for the hole and you might get lucky and the bit screw it out.
