GeorgeH
I'm currently building a 2nd pcc as a back up. I have a taccom bolt and a JP 2nd gen buffer. Question is, will they work together with bolt weight removed? Have anyone tried this combination? TIA! Quote Link to comment
mveto
They will work no problem as long as the weight has been removed, I use the Taccom bolt with a JP short stroke buffer and it runs 100%. Quote Link to comment

I removed the weight from the bcg and installed it with the jp buffer. There is some kind of noise when I move around with the pcc, sounds like it's the jp buffer. Will have to wait this weekend to see how it will perform. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

Just make sure that the bcg and the JP buffer have a bit of tension against each other when it’s assembled. If the sound is the JP moving make sure you read the JP instructions on how to have the correct tension, you don’t want to fire the gun if it’s not correct. https://www.jprifles.com/document_pdfs/JPSCS29MM_766.pdf Quote Link to comment

I'll check this weekend and make sure the jp buffer is set properly with the bcg. Edited February 27, 2019 by GeorgeH Add more content Quote Link to comment
