What has helped me get my personal best times (when I was practicing) was to drill first plate shots, in my case from low ready in PCCO and RFRO. After I have reached my consistent lowest time from low ready to the first plate, I add the next plate. I drill those two until I’ve hit a consistent time and add the third plate.
