As a general guide, for extruded powder expect a +/- .2-.3 grain variation For ball powder, expect a +/- .1-.2 grain variation. For flake powders, expect a .1-.2 grain variation Keep in mind that powder scales are accurate to +/- .1 grain as an industry standard.
