I had a 30+ year old Vari X II and the objective lens got loose and even after tightening the scope would not hold zero very well. So I thought it would be a long shot if they would help me out on such an old scope. But boy was I wrong, my new Vari XII came in yesterday. The whole process was a pleasure.
