If not, it seems the only disadvantage of cleaning frequently is the time it takes. How bored are you? (for the record, I cleaned my Browning A-Bolt 300WSM every shot for the first 10 rds, then every three up to 50) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tightloop Posted November 12, 2002 Share Posted November 12, 2002 The only down side I know of concerning cleaning, is if you do not use a bore guide and ruin either the chamber or throat with the cleaning rod, or some other equally stupid thing, like cleaning from thje muzzle and putting a blemish on the crown Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
