Phil Dunlop
G'day I've done it now, just spent this months bullet money on a few sessions with a sports psychologist. The idea of self improvement through lying down relaxing could just be contageous! I don't know much about the subject, just jumped on the first and only one to return my calls. This guy is working on self hypnosis techniques and the two sessions I've had have been interesting and beneficial in all areas of my life. I'd be keen to hear of other peoples experiences in this area and to hear of what other aspects their psychologists have worked on. I can't tell you much about what we've been up to except that through hypnosis, that just being a completely relaxed state of mind and body, we're working on changing to a possitive outlook and create the tools for dealing with stress and anxiety. (sorry to any experts out there if my summary is a little simplistic, its early days yet) thanks, P.D.
gm iprod
Phil, I think Greg Yelavich went to one for quite some time in the lead up to one of the Olympics he attended. He seemed to be happy with the benefits he got out of it. RM
Singlestack
I do not believe I can be hypnotized. What is it like?
