tomjerry1
Anyone know what the holes in the front of the stock are for on a Mossberg MVP LC? There are three on each side towards the front of the stock.

tomjerry1
Shot the MVP LC this weeekend, and after breaking in the barrel, I put some loads from my AR 308 thru it and it shot very well, right at 1" moa. I am sure with a load built for it, it will do better. The only complaint I have, is the trigger doesn't know if it is a single ot two stage. Most of the time, it broke very clean, but some of the time, when pulling the trigger I would hear and feel a click, and then pull a little more before the trigger would let off. The first time it happened, I thought I had a bad primer, when I looked at the round, there was no primer strike. Tried again and the round fired. I am going to contact Mossberg. tomjerry1
With some cleaning an lube, the trigger settled down, right at 3 lb, will drop that and should be on track. Just for knowledge, the Timney 610S will fit.
