johnbu
I heard Bruce Gray got 3 Squib's in one day using Freedom Munitions when he was teaching a Class or maybe testing the new P320.. No idea about that, sounds like a "story" from the campfire. I have shot 3000 rounds of FM in 40. All went bang. mreed911
It is all I have used at matches for two years. Won several majors with it too. Yeah, they dont want their ammo failing with you using it. They probably have separate ammo for pro shooters and the others like you that do reviews and such.. Hogwash. Thousands of rounds from them and I can count the bad rounds on one hand. One bad batch of .300blk they replaced without question. I've had more failures from boxed ammo from other suppliers (Winchester, I'm looking at you). Freedom isn't match-grade, but it's a whole lot better than 70% reliable.

mreed911
Here ya Go. http://www.m4carbine.net/archive/index.php/t-172527.html Yep. Some reports of problems, some reporting no problems through several thousand rounds. Par for the course with any commercial ammo. To be fair, though, I buy their new production over their reman. I also got a better deal through USAC on 9mm recently.
bigtimelarry
I bought some 124 Gr. from USAC too. 2,000 Rounds, Ammo was Flawless.
RJH
This is what I have personally witnessed with FM ammo: a stock glock that would lock up (only had issues with that ammo), a batch of 223 that would blow primers out of about every tenth round (this ammo locked up a piston AR and defiantly did not help the guy running it place well in a match), and last but not least I saw it blow up a Tavor. Now, I know the guy with the AR was able to get replacement ammo that also would not run reliably in any gun and they did buy the other fellow another tavor, but I think I will skip buying FM and load my own, hell I haven't seen the reliability issues with wolf that I have with Freedom.
