I called RCBS this morning but after a while on hold said forget it, since I have my Bonanza running and only need to load about 30-45 more for development then go to 550. They had my name though and I guess caller ID. I get a call back later from them. Tell them what I want expecting to pay for the misplaced part and shipping. They're sending me the part no charge. Needed some parts to get a 40 year old Rockchucker running again. Once we figured out the exact model I had (based on the ram diameter), they sent me everything I needed at no charge.
