IHAVEGAS Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 Should Level 1 matches require membership to participate? IDPA "requires" membership after your first match. But clubs around here do not enforce that, and look the other way. About 1/4 of the shooters are actually IDPA members. Same here, and enforcement would be unpleasant. Other thing, a lot of the folks who are not Idpa/Uspsa members are still important positive contributors to the shooting facilities, and sometimes they can't be excluded from club events due to local club by-laws.
