Major 9 OAL

Ya my go to is hs6 under a 115. I really like it. I read someone had success with 105 but I don't see it. It will be fun for steel but I can't see getting enough in it. Even if I could get 9.5g to compress and seat, idk if it would hit major. What did your data get to?

I started at 8.3 gr of N105 under a 124 mg cmj at 1.195" and made 151 pf. I know guys have gotten there with 124's and N105 but I knew I had a looong way to go and left it for another day. It also felt like it was just dribbling brass out of my gun. Just kinda weird, but it's cool how you can just cram the case full and go.

I load 1.182 with leather head 125's

Burning hs6 and running 169pf

I use 9mm followers and a mix of hardy metal spacers and factory STI plastic spacers.

Works well.

SV mags probably won't need spacers. STI mags prob DO need spacers.

Here's a couple good loads to start with:

- 7.0gr N350, MG 124gr JHP. OAL 1.150

- 6.5gr CFEPistol, MG 124gr JHP. OAL 1.150 (takes less space in the brass)
